The ITECH IT6160B Series Programmable High Power DC Power Supplies are single output linear programmable DC power supplies which are designed and built to deliver reliable and stable DC high power. The IT6160B Series are composed of 2 models with high resolution 1mV/1mA, adjustable output timer function, ultrafast voltage slew rate, multiple functions and excellent output, all providing the greatest test convenience. With built-in USB and RS232 interfaces, they can be used both on benchtop and systematical.   • Output waveform priority mode function: The IT6160B Series can realize the voltage or current waveform fast rising without overshoot
  • Download and execute command sequences from non-volatile memory
  • Remote sense: The IT6160B Series power supplies have remote sense terminal on rear panel.Remote sense function can be used to compensate for voltage drops(up to 1V) due to resistance from test leads connected to your device under test(DUT),thus providing more accurate output voltage (See photo section)

    • Digital Voltmeter: The IT6160B Series provide 5 ½ voltage meter to measure external voltage with measuring range: 0~40V
    • Digital Milliohmmeter: The IT6160B Series provide 4-wires resistance measurement method with measuring range: 0~1kΩ
