The ITECH IT6100 Series Programmable DC Power Supplies are single output linear programmable DC power supplies which are designed and built to deliver reliable and stable DC power. The IT6100 Series are composed of 4 models with high resolution 0.1mV/1mA in max, fast transient response time, adjustable output timer function, supporting panel list programming procedures, all providing the greatest test convenience. With optionally available GPIB, USB and RS232 interfaces, they can be used both on benchtop and systematical.  The IT6100 Series are high performance products; they are strong, smart and reliable DC power sources in favorite for multi-purpose power testing solution and application.

  • Remote sense: The IT6100 Series power supplies have remote sense terminal on rear panel.Remote sense function can be used to compensate for voltage drops(up to 1V) due to resistance from test leads connected to your device under test(DUT),thus providing more accurate output voltage (See photo section)
  • Digital Voltmeter and Digital Milliohmmeter (See photo section)
    • Digital Voltmeter: The IT6100 Series provide 5 ½ voltage meter to measure external voltage with measuring range: 0~40V
    • Digital Milliohmmeter: The IT6100 Series provide 4-wires resistance measurement method with measuring range: 0~1kΩ
