The ITECH IT6100B Series Programmable DC Power Supplies are single output programmable DC power supplies which are designed and built to deliver reliable and stable DC power. The IT6100B Series are composed of 5 models and all models are with high resolution 1mV/0.1mA, fast voltage rise speed, adjustable output timer function, supporting panel list programming procedures, OVP/voltage-/current-limiting protection functions, all providing the greatest test convenience. With built-in USB and RS232 interfaces, they can be used both on benchtop and systematical.  The IT6100B Series are high performance products; they are strong, smart and reliable DC power sources in favorite for multi-purpose power testing solution and application.

  • Fast voltage rise speed (< 20ms): Comparing with general high speed power supplies, the IT6100B Series reduce their ripple and noise to the lowest level. The high voltage rise speed (< 20ms) suits for all high speed and precise testing occasions (See photo section)
  • List mode: The List mode allows to edit output waveform based on current/voltage with time variations. The list parameters include operating modes (continuous mode or single-step mode), recycling times, single-step voltage, single-step current, single-step time and saving file name. After the list editing is finished and when a trigger signal is received, the power supply will work according to the list steps (See photo section)
  • Remote sense: The remote voltage sensing is used to maintain good regulation at the load and reduce the degradation of regulation that would occur due to the voltage drop in the leads between the power supply and the load. By connecting the supply for remote voltage sensing, voltage is sensed at the load rather than at the supply’s output terminals. This will allow the supply to automatically compensate for the voltage drop in the load leads and improve regulation (See photo section)
  • Digital Voltmeter and Digital Milliohmmeter (See photo section)
    • Digital Voltmeter: The IT6100B Series provide 5 ½ voltage meter to measure external voltage with measuring range: 0~40V
    • Digital Milliohmmeter: The IT6100B Series provide 4-wires resistance measurement method with measuring range: 0~1kΩ
  • SCPI is supported
