The OWON XDS Series Digital Storage Oscilloscopes are developed based on the 3rd generation technology platform – Xvisual.  The XDS Series consist of 8-bit, 12-bit and 14-bit ADC low background noise system architectures, enabling to capture and display signals of up to 300MHz with high 2.5GS/s sample rate. Combining OWON’s 12-bit/14-bit ADC technology with long memory 40Mpts record length, 8″ high resolution color LCD display (optional and/or selectable multi-point touch screen), powerful bus decoding tools, 25MHz/50MHz arbitrary waveform generator and 75,000wfms/s waveform refresh rate, the XDS Series are the ideal and powerful n-in-1 on-site measurement station for precise measurement and data logger and help identify and isolate problems for faster troubleshooting.
